Handwoven "animated linen '' is a hygromorphic textile, meaning it changes shape when exposed to moisture due to the high twist in the linen weft. The sample can be activated by spraying with water or when placed in a very humid environment. As it dries, the linen twist relaxes and can be activated repeatedly.
