Funding supports a sustainable, diverse future for craft
This campaign was launched in 2017 to fortify and expand the Center.
The Computer Pays its Debt explores the connection between technology and textiles
In total, the 2022 Craft Research Fund Artist Fellowship, Exhibition Grant, and Project Grant awarded $137,135 to eleven organizations, scholars, and makers in support of craft research, exhibitions, catalogs, and projects in the United States.

Cherokee basket makers interweave lineage and innovation
To mark our 25th Anniversary, the Center for Craft awarded twenty Windgate-Lamar Fellows with an additional unrestricted $10,000 to encourage continued practice in craft, in addition to participation in career consultation sessions and networking opportunities.
