"Results from a #MendingMonday online workshop" This mending sampler on a pair of jeans is a result of an online (free) workshop I began since COVID-19. I provide free lessons and help folks learn some basic and not-so- basic approaches to mending. It is an example of something that might be incorporated into the Center for Craft project that I am proposing.

I propose an outreach program for discussing and teaching repair aimed at isolated seniors. The project would gather stories of repair and create a social and creative outlet. It would be part of the Radical Repair Workshop, and would include collection of oral histories and an exchange of repaired items and skills between myself and participants. It is an opportunity to share experiences, information, and consider repair as a form of bonding and healing that transcends age and material.
