Anna Bryant is an Asheville, NC-based printmaker, illustrator, and muralist.
I use the symbolic beauty and movement of the human form as a recurring motif to explore connection, resilience, and the interwoven nature of individual and collective experiences. My reductive techniques strip each piece down to its most essential elements, highlighting the expressive power of the human form and inviting viewers to engage intuitively. I never attempt to create a realistic interpretation of what I see but rather capture the essence of what I experience—the subtle connections and emotions that arise in the act of observing.
